I see it as a good thing. The fact that I no longer can add additional friends to my account offers an opportunity to reevaluate my current StumbleUpon friendships. Sorry to disappoint, but using the words of Donald Trump, some of my current Stumble Upon friends will be “fired”.

What can you do not to be fired from my friend list? Simply follow three simple rules:

  1. Make sure to engage with me. If you are on my list I expect you to share your stumbles with me, but…..

  2. Stop sending me porn or anything that is bordering with it. I find it very strange if our common interested include SEO and marketing yet you always send me pictures and videos of celebrity boobs. I am not interested.

  3. Make sure the pages you send me are well optimized. While I have cable internet connection, some times I receive stumbles that have terrible load time. It is frustrating. I can only imagine how frustrating it is to people who connect to the internet via dial-up modem.
