I mean, a private corporation offering a "credibility seal" for money? No, this type of seal should be obtained from a consumer based service.
It would have better credibility to have a Pricerunner.com seal, where consumers rating matter, isn't your customers opinion of your company worth much more than some paid-for-seal from a company no one has heard of?
In Sweden we have a similar service, but it's offered by a "house of commerce" that consists of member corporations or merchants.
We also have a swedish version of pricerunner called "prisjakt", which is similar to pricerunner. This website is often integrated with webshops and e-commerce websites, so that any customer can read and see comments from registered customers in the webshop.
This type of recommendation is many times better than some seal on a website. (which really is just a little picture, anyone can copy it)
Anuway, keep up your good work...I found your website in my search of OpenCart affiliate stuff.

Who needs BBB anyway? Now I am not sure if these were actually offical agents working for the BBB or if they were shady techniques to obtain credit card information, but what I do know is that if someone wants to discover credibility of a business entity, they do not need the bbb to discover it. Like the yb, their was a time and a place for the bbb; a time that simply passed on.

What I did not like about the BBB was that I would consistently get phonecalls from cellphones trying to get me to sign up. We ran several sites with AdBrite ads on them and just tried to add another site "Seriously Spain". We were denied using AdBrite ads as they told us our website has "Excessive profanity". Huh? We're a travel site.
The people who work at AdBrite seem to be the biggest of idiots. We just canceled our account and have switched all our ads to Chitika. Love them. We make more money on Chitika, they pay you as soon as you make $19 and there's no waiting 3 MONTHS for a payout like on AdBrite. Wouldn't touch them again with a 10 foot pole.

AdBrite is absolute garbage. I have used OpenCart for a while now and I am taking a much closer look at Magento. If you plan to launch an affiliate program go with Magento - it is more popular than OpenCart and there are more tutorials on how to integrate tracking codes. Good luck!

Mary I am sorry for such a delay in my response. I have used OpenCart for a while now and I am taking a much closer look at Magento. The 3rd level domain for Chocolate Belles blog was rather a last resort to solve a problem we had. I personally would not recommend unless you offer multi user (like wordpress.com) kind of website. But I think it's just my personal preference - as far as SEO goes I don't see any difference.
When faced with learning new things (including Drupal) I often tend to forget that to me productivity is also important. Sometimes I learn things just to never use them again!
I would love to see what you did or will do with Dupal!

The Dupal’s blocks and the flexibility that come along with them can really be a powerful thing. The community has not migrated to 7 yet. My elements would start to be implemented after an upcoming rollout, and could wait until 7.
I see that you have integrated a wordpress blog (3rd level domain) into the navigation of Chocolate Belles. I am considering that option as well .. Any issues? All I will need to focus on is a blog with great content, so if I should just go with WP in this way, I might. Just don't want to come across as inflexible!
Thanks for the good dialogue.
