It is true that they are the worst, that was back in 1999. Ever since switching from their service to VZ, I have never looked back. As for iPhone, there was an article on how VZ declined to be a service provider to them because Apple was asking for too much. But they managed to sign Cingular as the exclusive iPhone provider.
