I know they doing some testing and follow through on some of this to see where things should be improved.

I have been forwarding as much into as I can. I have more people “in limbo” than you.

That is very surprising that they don’t have a notification system. I haven’t used PPP, so I wouldn’t know, but are you sure you didn’t opt-out of it?
