PRWeb Easy Submit- They Do It For You

If you were following my blog for some times now, you may be well aware of big of a fan I am of PRWeb and all the wonderful features it has to offer. If you have never used PRWeb in the past it may be a challenge to find your way navigating the website and familiarizing with all options.

Back in February PRWeb has introduced what is called Easy Submit. This option allows busy professionals, who do not have that much of free time, for an extra $100 a hands-off press release submission. With this option you are able to send all materials- press release, images, URLs to PRWeb editor who in turn will prepare the press release for you before it goes live.

Women Entrepreneurs Who’s Blogs I Read

If you received pingback to your blog from this post it’s only for two reasons:

  1. You are a woman.
  2. I am subscriber to your blog.

The reason for this post is to help spread the word about one wonderful offer I have benefited from.

A while back I have discovered Empower Women Now, and have benefited from a wonderful offer that got me a $200 PRWeb Press Release, for which I am very grateful. But I feel a little guilty because I know that Ponn- the author of Empower Women Now intended to help women with PRWeb offer.

Her offer is very simple- participate in one of PRWeb webinars and get $200 towards your press release. I was not sure how can I help to spread the word about this great offer, so I have decided to do so by linking to blogs that are authored by women and to which I subscribe. If you in turn can spread the word about this offer on your own blog, chances are many women can benefit from it.

I Subscribe to Following Blogs By Women Entrepreneurs:

Newspapergrl- a blog about affiliate marketing and Internet marketing by Janet Meiners, she just recently wrote nice post about article marketing. I read Janet’s blog frequently and highly recommend you do the same. In the past Janet wrote some good articles about PRWeb as well.

5 Star Affiliate Blogs- by Linda Buquet, another great blog about affiliate marketing. If you new to affiliate marketing, head to Linda’s blog for tips and advise.

Karlyns.com- a wonderful great blog if you need some ideas about design, networking and marketing.

The Affiliate Blog- by Rosalind Gardner

KIMarketing- this is not actual blog but rather Kim Rowley’s profile website, just visit it and go from there. Kim has been in affiliate marketing since 1998 and surely can teach us all a thing or two.

Ms. Latina Renee Enterprise, LCC- a blog about business, technology and money making opportunities

Affiliate Program Advice- a blog by Jessica Luthi

Are you a Woman Entrepreneur? I will be more than happy to point my visitors to your blog. All you have to do is to write about Ponn’s wonderful offer. There is no need to to link back to this post, as long as you write about Ponn’s offer I will link to your post. Make sure to come back and use the comments to let me know you have written a post about PRWeb $200 (free) Offer from Empower Women Now.

PRWeb Seems To Have Trackback Problems

I am a huge fan of PRWeb and intend of using its services even more, and even plan replace some of my ongoing PPC campaigns with one time top levels press releases. For the past few moths I have been exploring “Trackback” feature of PRWeb as a blogger. And now I have an opportunity to take this feature on as an advertiser.

Unfortunately, I can’t get a trackback from my own press release. I probably should not complain, since thanks to Ponn’s Offer, I got a $200 level press release absolutely for free, which by the way brought me already $160 in commissions since going live yesterday. So there one more reason I should to complain, and to be honest this is not the purpose of this post. PRWeb trackbacks are wonderful toll to generate a buzz in blogosphere about your product or website. It seems as though this feature does not work perfectly every time you reference a press release.

I have to say that support over at PRWeb is superb. Speaking to Linda from customer service, we have attempted to resolve the problem. But it seems as though following post refuses to send trackback to the following press release.

In theory any website that uses “trackbacks/pingbacks”, not only ones powered by WordPress, can notify PRWeb about referencing a particular press release. It see as though my blog here is not doing that great of a job.

While I have better understanding of how WordPress works, but when it comes to trackbacks the only thing I know that it works…. well some times. Unfortunately I have no idea which WordPress files are responsible for executing (sending and receiving) trackbacks and whether or not these files change from theme to theme. But here are my reasons, albeit limited, as to why PRWeb ignores trackbacks from my blog:

  1. There is something wrong with theme I am using.
  2. My site was cut by a spam application (if such is in place) some where along the way. I did receive few track backs in the past (see following posts: Yugster, Adapt Technologies, WordTracker ). Some of these trackbacks appeared on PRWeb instantaneously.
  3. There is something wrong on PRWeb side. Unlikely but possible.

Now I just wish some one from PRWeb comes across this post and offer their comments/advice. I did submit a ticket about this issue at PRWeb as well, so I will be posting more about it in the future.

Web Hosting Review Blog

I have decided to give an extra “push” to my Web Hosting Review Blog via PRWeb Press release. I have never done a press release at $200 level and I will be following the results closely here on my blog. So Far I am pleasantly surprised.

My Press Release in Google News.

At $200 level your PRWeb press release is available for “pick up” by Google News. So I have decided to search Googe News and there it was my press release was #1 for “web hosting”- I am sure this position will change but here is the screen shot to record it down in history:
