			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Although I have purchased this domain only few weeks ago. I was surprised to find out that the domain is 1421 days or almost 4 years old. This actually makes it the oldest domain I ever owned:</p>

<p>I do not know what does it mean, however some experts think that <a href="http://andybeard.eu/2007/06/wordpress-seo-siloing-vs-massive-ball-linking-with-tags.html">age of the domain is factored into the rankings</a>. </p>
<p>Of course this was a surprise and I needed to check what has been done with this domain in the past. It looks like the domain was purchased however there was never any real website hosted on it except GoDaddy&#8217;s landing page.</p>
<p>I wonder if there was any substantial period of time that domain was not registered and how would that affect it&#8217;s ability to rank. Oh well, maybe only the good folks at <a href="http://www.seomoz.org/">Seomoz</a> know, but I do not mind at all see that bar more than half way to be full. <strong>Similar Posts:</strong>
