Just around the time Sam Harrelson raised the question of SEO implication over Wikipedia’s move to attribute “nofollow” to all outgoing links, the Seomoz page strength tool was down for a maintenance. The tool measures the strength of a web page based on many factors, including the incoming links from wikipedia.
The SEOMOZ page stength tool is back in “business” and the Wikipedia links are still among the measuring factors.
I've never got the tool to work since they made “refresh” only available to premium members and it doesn't even pick the wiki pages I know are in there up!
Hobo Seo, thanks for stopping by. I actually think that for non premium members the tool is available only with limited functionality. Also in the past they had more data to report. They seem not to report any data from Technorati and sometimes according to their tool my website has no Page Rank.
Yes it's so buggy these days. I remember when it was actually quite a nice little free tool.
