A while back, when I have joined MBL, I have developed a hobby to write about visitors to my blog. While I am not longer using MBL widgets on my site, BumpZee is doing the job of providing me with the pictures and avatars of latest visitors to my blog. Since it has been such a long time I have written about my visitors and due to the fact that traffic on my blog increased there are few guidelines I would like to place on myself. I will not write about you if you are not a BumpZee member (simply because I will have not way to know who you are). I will not write if your blog is not listed on BumpZee. I am less likely to write about you if you use an avatar instead of your own picture.
I was quite surprised to see Matt Coddington “stumbling” over to my blog. His visit may have been accidental and I am more than certain he is not subscribed to my blog’s RSS. I on the other hand have found Matt’s blog a while back and have been subscribed to his feed since. I also highly recommend subscribing to his blog if you are new to blogging for many reasons. You will find some invaluable advise and example how to succeed in blogging. Matt’s blog is only few months old is ranked in top 50,000 sites according to Alexa and has about 1200 RSS subscribers. Just take a look at his recent write up about cost-effectiveness of SEO. While I am a daily reader of his blog I have rarely (if ever) commented on his blog- reason: flashing colors.
Anyway, thanks for stopping by Matt, even if it was an accidental visit. Great job on your blog by the way!
Hello! My name is Matthew Coddington. Damm i thought i was the only one!
Funny alright!
I thought you would notice it when you were still running that blog. I am not sure the new owner even considers “Matt Coddignton” as a good anchor text in the link here in this post.
