Few days ago Darren Rowse offered a great article on how to market your blog in 2007. In the article he offers about 40 tips/points of how to organize and produce a successful blog. Among 40 tips one in particular had caught my attention where he writes about Blog Carnivals. While Darren’s readers may be familiar with Blog Carnivals, it was a news to me, so I decided to check it out. As I was browsing carnivals, I could not find one that is related to affiliate marketing so I have created one called Affiliate Marketing Carnival.
Blog Carnival is good place to create a “buzz” and getting the word out about something. The Affiliate Marketing Carnival will be an ongoing one with the first edition on January 25, 2007. This edition is dedicated to Affiliate Summit in Las Vegas. So if you have some good and exciting news in regrards to Affiliate Summit, you will be able to participate in this edition of Affiliate Marketing Carnival.
Since I am new to this carnival thing, I will update this post to provide you with more details on how can you/your blog participate.
UPDATE!!!!
To submit articles to this carnival you can simply use following submission form. Only articles about Affiliate Summit please!
Great idea!
I've seen these used on some of my favorite science (Pharyngula, Cosmic Variance and Bad Astronomy) blogs as well as some of the religion blogs I keep up with.
Doing a carnival centered on the Summit will be a great experience.
Nice work!
Sam
Thanks Sam!
I am really new to this carnival thing. It seams that there is a way for anyone to host a carnival. I am still learning datails. Unfortunately since I have published this post I have already recieved submission from spammers. But the idea is good. As new submissions to carnival come in I will post them in my blog.

I too am interested on blog carnivals. I am working on a new blog about teaching small business people how to use online marketing and web 2.0 to promote their business. Mainly about affiliate marketing as the technique. I see the other comments date back to 2007. Is there another site you are actively managing?
I think the affiliate marketing niche will be a good one
