One of the readers of BumpZee review by Stephen Welton, has challenged me to shed more light about BumpZee! I had written about BumpZee on few occasions in the past but the reviews about BumpZee that popping all over the blogosphere put me to shame.
It is hard to list all the good things about BumpZee. Being fortunate enough to join BumpZee as it went live, my ego is definitely satisfied to be seen in the company of supper affiliates.
It will not be hard to list a few dozen good things to write about BumpZee, but I will limit to top three that I see the most beneficial: Networking, Learning and “Google Juice”.
BumpZee Is Great To Network With Other Bloggers
At the time of joining BumpZee the main audience of the community were affiliate marketers. Needless to say for once I felt welcomed, comparing to websites like Digg an others. As BumpZee grew and other communities were added, the opportunity to network with people beyond affiliate marketing grew as well. There are well over 2000 members and communities range from American Idol to Parenting and everything else in between. In fact every member can create their own community. Since joining BumpZee I have discovered hundreds of great blogs and got acquainted with many bloggers I never met before in my life.
BumpZee Is A Great Learning Place
If you think of a blog as a book, then you may consider BumpZee as great library with hundreds of great books to choose from. It helps me not only learn new things, but it offers a great opportunity to stay on top of latest news and developments in several different niches. Take for example Andy’s review on Pay Per Post– if you have not read it, make sure to do so after you’ve done reading my blabber. Don’t forget to give it a digg, bump or a stumble- all three will do well also.
BumpZee Shares “Google Juice” In A Most Generous Way
When you join BumpZee and submit your blog you have an option to have the links pointing to your blog enhanced by “follow” and “index” or scourged by pink colors. In fact, before joining BumpZee I had no idea about entire “follow-nofollow” issue. And while there is an entire community of bloggers who decided to remove the curse of “nofollow” from their blogs- BumpZee itself is a “King of No-nofollow”. So what does it mean? Well it means that when googlebot shows up over at BumpZee, the links pointing to your blog are “counted in”-to put as simple as I possibly can. And if you consider that BumpZee, being only few months old, has many pages ranked by Google at PR 6, you may have a glimpse of benefits yet to come. Just to add to this paragraph, you will be able to benefit more form BumpZee’s Google juice flow if you install the BumpZee widget on your blog- if you do not install the widget and you have a very active blog with many comments your blog will not appear in the the most recent discussion on BumpZee.
So there you go, three top reasons why I love BumpZee.
