My wife and I are going on a trip to North Carolina tomorrow- of course this will result in things being quiet around here. Before I take this vacation I wanted to post something here on the subject that shook (and shocked) many bloggers the Google PR Update. I am not sure if I am as excited about PR as I used to be, but since I am still writing about it, it must be important.
As most of you, I was wondering about a pattern of what took place. It is only one’s guess why and how penalties were implemented.
So to lighted up the situation I decided to find some fun practices which will keep your Page Rank untouched. Hopefully you can ad your own fun way to please the big G:
- Link to pornographic websites as much as you can.
- Kiss up to Google and never tell them they are stupid.
- If you sell links or write paid reviews make sure to report and snitch on your fellow webmasters who do the same.
- Yours next…….
Please share some fun ways to keep your websites PR high and untouched. I hope we can come up with a list of at least 10 best practices to do so. Help me out! 😉
You me “my wife and I”
When you say “me and my wife” it sounds like you didn't make it past the 5th grade.

How is it now? 🙂
“Did I make it past” now? 😉

It should be “My wife and I” – English isn't my first language, but I believe that's the correct way to build the sentence 😉
And link to pornographic websites? Ha, surefire way of showing Google that your authoritah(!) should be respected!
I can add another as well, just don't update the last month before the PR update, and preferably don't garner any new inbound links either. It will take you from zero to hero (or at least PR4) – That's what happened with my own blog at least 😉
Thanks Lars,
English is not my first language either.
No problem Vlad! Been reading your blog for a while, and I thought this was a nice time to post my first comment, since I actually had something to add to the conversation.

When you smart off like that, it sounds like you aren't old enough for the 5th grade!!!!!
Also, Vlad knows at least two languages, how many do you know, guy!

I've managed to rid myself of my PR addiction. PR is dead, it only matters if you are trying to sell text links. The well known sites which got hit by PR reductions saw no drop in rankings or traffic – what does that tell you? Traffic and rankings are what matters.
